Where do you deliver?
We offer Australia wide delivery of our gift hampers. It doesn’t matter where in Australia you are, we want to get a gift hamper to you!
What are your delivery fees?
We want to give you the best value gift hampers we can, so we don’t hide shipping fees in your gift price. We simply charge a flat rate delivery fee of $14.95 per gift.
Why do you charge delivery?
Delivery is never ‘FREE’. Often ‘free shipping’ actually means the maximum delivery charge is added to the price of your purchase. At Gift Linx, we prefer to be open about the delivery fees that you are being charged. We only charge a flat rate delivery fee of $14.95 per gift to get your gifts direct to their recipients.
How long will my order take?
Typically, for in stock items, we can turn around your order in just a few days. For custom or branded gift hampers, the lead time will be a little longer. This will be discussed with you during the quoting process.
What if noone is home to accept the delivery?
We use well known and reputable couriers to deliver our gift hampers. If it is safe to leave your gift hamper on the doorstep, our couriers will do so.
Will my gift hamper be safe in transit?
We ensure the safe packaging of all of our gift hampers and the products they contain. If in the unfortunate incident you receive a damaged gift box or hamper, please contact us
Do you deliver on weekends or public holidays?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer delivery on weekends or public holidays.
What delivery service do you use for your gift hampers?
We only use reputable courier services to deliver our gift hampers to you safely and efficiently.
