Can I design my own gift hamper?

Yes, you can! We want you to give a gift you are proud of. However, there is a minimum order of 4 units. To discuss custom gift hampers, please contact us.

Can I choose the gift hamper ribbon to match my brand colours?

Of course! We offer a selection of ribbon colours for free. We also offer custom ribbon if you would like something more tailored to your business (fees apply).

Can I have my brand logo on my gifts?

Yes! We have multiple options available for item branding. Please visit our branding page for more details including minimum orders.

Do you deliver gift hampers Australia wide?

Yes! We can deliver our gift hampers to any where in Australia.

How will my gift hamper be packaged?

All of our gift hampers are beautifully presented in our black, magnetic close boxes with ribbon. The products in each gift hamper are packed and protected using wood wool to keep items safe and secure.

What are our business opening hours?

Gift Linx operates Monday to Friday from 9 am - 5pm. If you have a query outside of these hours, please feel free to send us a message and we will be in contact as soon as we can during business hours.

How will the recipient know who the gift is from?

At Gift Linx, we offer gift cards to accompany your gift. You are welcome to write a personalised message to go on your card. You can add your message when you add a gift hamper to your cart.

What is the best way to contact Gift Linx?

Can I make changes to some items in my gift hamper?

We offer a large range of gift hampers on our website to cover all of your gifting needs. However, if you cant find exactly what you are looking for, we offer custom boxes for orders over 4 units. To discuss custom gift hampers, please click here.

Where do you source your products from?

Gift Linx is proud to support other Australian businesses, many of them small businesses. We place considerable research into each and every product to ensure its suitability for our gift hampers. We select products of the highest quality and strive for excellent relationships with our suppliers.

Are your gift hampers gluten free?

At Gift Linx, we do not manufacture any of the products that we sell in our gift hampers and therefore cannot guarantee that any product is gluten free. All of our products however are individually packaged with correct ingredient labeling. If you would like to check on any individual product, please feel free to contact us to ask.
